Services
Accountants are generally knowledgeable, technically-minded, with a desire to help you succeed. So how do you determine who to hire? You shouldn't be surprised or unaware about accountant service pricing. My prices are published here. In the case of consulting projects, you will always know the price in advance, so that you know what you pay and what you will get. You're the customer, and I'm delighted to work with your accounting and taxes. I appreciate that you give me the opportunity to work for you.
Tax return preparation is a must, and my goal is to make the process efficient and understandable. The better the accounting, the better the tax return. I believe that the focus should be on proper accounting. Your QuickBooks accounting should be a mirror image of your tax returns and you should be informed about any adjustments made to get from your books to your business tax return. Your individual returns can include many types of income and several categories of expenses, adjustments, deductions, and credits.
QuickBooks Setup - You've started your business or started using QuickBooks and you notice that it isn't quite the "15 minutes and you're up and running" as advertised. You're not alone, and Intuit knows that small business owners who work with a Certified ProAdvisor have a far easier, happier, and less painful QuickBooks experience.
Bookkeeping is an agency service that involves varying degrees of depth. Typical components include invoicing your customers, paying your vendors, performing payroll, reconciling accounts (comparing the books to the bank), and reporting to you on the results of your operations. Bookkeepers maintain your books and provide you with reporting access.
Perhaps the most important thing to know about me, is that my practice really isn't about me. My practice is about listening to small business owners and individuals about accounting and tax related matters, and making those matters understandable. For what it is worth, my experience is largely around the happenstance of starting in the field at a time when most accountants were unfamiliar with the now de facto standard, QuickBooks.

As a bookkeeper, it is important to have the ability to differentiate a talented, diligent CPA from a CPA that is just attempting to meet their sales quota. Bryce gives his clients excellent service by ensuring their work is done accurately and correct. He the most ethical and knowledgeable CPA that I know. As a potential client, there should be an understanding that you will receive great service from accountants if you have great records and systems in place.

It is a time to be honest about where you are with your business and make an effort to get on track. In the accounting field, there are many options from mediocre to expert. If you want an expert, and are ready to get on track, he's your guy. You can not go wrong working with Bryce.

I had the opportunity to work with Bryce at Forney Accountancy when I was forming the legal structure of my business. His advice was sound, clear, concise, and spot on. He asked the right questions - questions I had not thought about - and helped me land on the proper business structure. I would never hesitate to use or refer Forney Accountancy. You shouldn't either. 5 stars are not enough.

I've referred many bookkeeping clients to Bryce for their tax returns, tax planning and business valuations. He has amazing attention to detail always responds to emails (that require one) very quickly. I admire how direct and no-nonsense he his, and know my referrals are in great hands. Not only do I refer work to Bryce, I also work with him as a member of the Intuit Trainer and Writer Network. He's always eager to help, he has a great grasp on all of the features and functionality of QuickBooks and his insight on accounting concepts is such an asset to our team.

Bryce is the most unethical and dishonorable accountant I have ever worked with in my 33 years of running my business. He didn't file our extension on time and caused us $2000 in fines with the IRS. But the worst part was that when I asked him to help me write a letter to the IRS to forgive us for these fines he turned a blind eye and ignored me. I didn't fire him once he made this mistake but he chose to terminate me as a client and ignore me completely. You cannot count on this man to be there for you. Not trustworthy whatsoever
