My husband and I took our taxes into this location to be completed by the CPA there. She had everything that she needed over 2 months before April 18th and said that she would get them done before April 18th which was the Deadline for taxes this year. We Never heard anything else about our taxes! We even stated to her when we took them in that we really wanted them done QUICKLY.

She acted like it was No Problem and we got everything that she requested to her, as well. We also asked IF she KNEW how to handle the COMPLEX taxes which we have & she stated it was NO PROBLEM, AGAIN! Don't believe that she knows what she's doing at all! We waited & waited! My husband and I both called to check on the status and could only leave messages for her with no return call.

When I called on April 18th, the receptionist stated that she hadn't even started on our taxes, but was getting us an UNWANTED EXTENSION! I told her that we were Not happy and wanted our TAXES DONE! She then told me that she wasn't working on ANY TAXES right now because she was busy doing Payroll! SERIOUSLY! She then said we could come & pick up our taxes and take them somewhere else OR WAIT & we would be first in line! ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING, MUCH LESS SOMETHING IMPORTANT LIKE TAXES WHEN THEY EASILY DRAG IT OUT! They DO NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU ABOUT VITAL MATTERS & the next thing will be the IRS KNOCKING at your door to AUDIT YOU! On top of that, does she even Actually Know how to do an Extension? We now have to Wait & talk to the IRS to see If that was even handled Correctly! Scary Deal when we All Know doing your taxes Correctly is Important! Don't Take them to this location, unless you want to be Audited!

Faron and his team are AMAZING! They have their best interest to provide great service to everyone that walks in the door. If you need help they are willing to explain anything you don't understand, etc! Thank you Faron and team for all you do.
