Never again will I give Cure & Associates my business. If you decide to use this business I just advise to keep your receipts and a copy of your tax return. I am not one to leave awful reviews but here we go. I was pleased by Eileen's work the first year she did my taxes and I know several people that have used her so I used her again for my 2020 taxes.
I paid her office staff cash upon pick up in May 2021 and she just recently tried to sue me for no payment for her service. I was HUMILIATED at my place of business by a constable serving me papers in front of customers. My lawyer did reply to her suit and she dropped it claiming that the cash I gave her office staff at tax pick up was "stolen" by a former employee.
She then says that she sent me 30 letters and a notice letter that if no action was taken that she was going to sue me. In my professional opinion, you would think a matter so important would warrant a phone call or a CERTIFIED LETTER! After the suit was dropped she still tried to put the blame on me for not reaching out to her office about the matter. Her staffs incompetence honestly is not my problem! Just proceed with caution if you decide to use this company!
