Bob has more than 30 years of experience working with Governmental and non-profit entities. From large, regional authorities to local commissions, he has provided expertise with bond issuances, rolling stock, internal controls and financial reporting issues specific to government entities. He has served as volunteer CFO/Treasurer for an Area Agency on Aging and several other community based organizations.
In addition to his fifteen years of public accounting experience, Mark also served as a Chief Financial Officer for a manufacturing entity and large non-profit organization for over 10 years. This experience helps him work efficiently on audit engagements by working closely with client staff to organize and prepare for audit fieldwork to cut time and costs on the engagement.
Every three years, as required by our membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA), Dunham, Aukamp & Rhodes, PLC's quality control policies and procedures are reviewed by an independent CPA, approved by the VSCPA to perform the review.
