If only I could give a no star. We have been here two years in a row, as new business owners. Last year we made a mistake but corrected it. But this year we had a better understanding and were charged hundreds of dollars for this company to tell us we owed the IRS almost 10 grand. That's not right, so we went to someone else and they told us numerous things within 5 minutes of sitting down that there were problems.
I thought Driscoll and company would go above and beyond but they did the opposite. I am extremely unimpressed and I plan to tell everyone I know to never go to this place for taxes. Instead of us owing 10 grand, We are receiving money back AND we were only charged a fraction of the price for the newer people to ACTUALLY go above and beyond for us. Not to forget Jen screwed up other family members taxes as well. Poor business and it's extremely frustrating
