From 2003 to 2008 Michael served as the president of the Georgia Tech Alumni club. From 2004 to 2009 he was an advisor of the Bnai Brith Youth Organization. As an advisor Michael was responsible for shaping the minds of young jewish boys. He is currently serving on the board of directors of the Green Tree Summit Condo Association as the board's treasurer.
