Colleen was born in Spokane Washington and moved to Billings as a young child. She grew up in the Billings Heights, and graduated from Billings Senior High School - GO BRONCS! Colleen received her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Option from Montana State University - Billings in 2000.
Jeanne Stecher has 44 years in the tax industry for both individual and commercial clients. She is a graduate of Havre Central High School and has a BA from Kinman Business University in Spokane, Washington. Her love of taxes drew her from a General Motors Accountant position at Evans Engine Spokane, Washington to pursue a profession in the Income Tax Industry.
Cal was born in Crow Agency, MT, and raised in Hardin, MT. His passion for many years was running my own business (Cal's Conoco in Hardin MT) and working on all makes of cars. It was always challenging, as well as fun, keeping up with the new automotive technology, while building long-lasting friendships with all my clients.

Colleen was extremely professional, informative, and charismatic. Her front desk was awesome and extremely personable as well. This is my first time getting my taxes professionally done and she had me in and out in 15 mins. If you're on the fence about choosing this place, give it a shot you won't regret it.

The lady who did my taxes was fast and easy to work with. I pre paid 1000.00 and received a bill for 805.00. When I called she said she would have to find the pre paid money and treated me as if I was lying. She called back stating she did indeed find it but that she did not know how to refund the over payment of 195.00. She never called back or apologized for losing 1000.00.

Tried 4 phone calls to make an appointment with no luck. I even sent them a message and finally receptionist called me back and said she passed my name and number on to somebody else. Still waiting for a call back. I understand it's tax time. But when they tell you to call back after March 15th three times.then you call back and they tell you to call back after April 15th. Was highly recommended but apparently not a good fit.
