This organization puts on all these pretenses that they are a diligent and caring organization. They lie and say that their employee turnover is low when in reality when I worked there I soon found out that I was the third person to fill the position in less than one year period.

My husband and I called on two different occasions looking for a CPA and a financial advisor to help us with our assets and taxes. Each time the person answering the phone would take down our info and say that someone will call us back. However, these people just don't call you back. I understand that it is tax season, but instead of leaving potential clients to wait around, they can at least give us either a yes or no answer so we can move on.

Prior to this year I had always done my own taxes. However this year our tax situation had gotten more complicated, and I wanted to have a professional do them. I was very happy with the service I received at Cole Newton & Duran Price: From what I have heard, prices were very comparable to other services such as H&R Block. However, the advantage here is a CPA completes your taxes. Service: I found everyone I interfaced with at Cole Newton & Duran to be very polite and courteous.

My taxes were completed within a day or so, and the CPA working on my taxes was very prompt to respond to my emails, and fill me in. At the end of the day I was happy with the service I received. They were able to give me a $50 discount when the price was higher than what they had originally quoted me. I really appreciated this flexibility. I will likely use Cole Newton & Duran for my taxes next year.
