AHACPA was founded in 1998 to offer support and training for auditors of multifamily housing. Since that time we have expanded services to include HUD-approved lenders and Public Housing Authorities. We increased membership from 200 member firms to over 500, and we have quadrupled the number of courses we offer.

AHACPA is nationally recognized for its training, technical support & troubleshooting of HUD annual financial statements. AHACPA has been offering continuing professional education courses throughout the United States since 1998.
