STAY AWAY. I was required to use this company as part of my franchise agreement and all they did was let the QBO algorithm match deposits and then they'd send the rest to me to do manually. If you know QBO, this is the laziest way to do bookkeeping and frequently causes errors. I would have let this go, except when our company changed policy and I was allowed to fire BKE (which I did within 5 minutes of being allowed to) they wouldn't let me quit for a full month. Fine, whatever, I'll pay the $ just to have them go away.
They couldn't even follow directions properly. I had to pay a local bookkeeper to fix all their mistakes, THEN, after I specifically told BKE to get lost, they went BACK into QBO and re-broke a bunch of stuff, and now I need to pay my bookkeeper AGAIN to fix their mess a second time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Beware of this business. The incompetence starts at the very top of the organization. They will send your private business information to India to be processed. Their timeline for delivering the agreed on statement of work is a farce. The only thing they will do timely is pull the funds from your bank account. They will assign a new account relationship manager every three weeks and each successor will do nothing.
The software they utilize is unstable at best. Data will appear and disappear randomly. They defaulted on a binding contract and retained thousands of dollars and delivered absolutely nothing. Literally nothing over a 6 month contract period. If zero stars was an option they would still fall short. Unethical, unprofessional and arrogant. Run the other way.
