I've had several great experiences with Bland! I attended the EmpowHER event in December 2019, Nikki and Danie did an excellent job walking through tax planning tips. I reached out to Danie on a few items after the event and her follow up was great. I've also had experience with Bland preparing some tax returns, their communication was excellent and their secure portal made document management very easy.

I have my own small business and started off using another place and ended up switching to Bland and Associates by a referral and they have over-exceeded all my expectations. They take care of all my boo keeping for the year and then of course all my taxes. It's so easy and efficient. I have been extremely satisfied with this team especially with Abby Welsh!

We have used Bland & Associates for 5 years now. The engagement team has been great each year. They are able to efficiently complete their field work in just a few days. They are also very well prepared when they hit our doorstep and make the process seem very streamlined for our team. They have taken the time to learn our business and have given us good suggestions, especially from a tax standpoint. They take full advantage of technology in rendering their services which makes it easier for us too.

Unreliable services. I went with them for a correction in my.previous return. IRS denied my amendment and asked for more paperwork. And since then, IRS has been sending me letters like crazy. And I have been trying to get a hold of these guys and never got any response. Even the first set of documents these people took forever to deliver. The only good thing is they agreed for a payment arrangement. Anyway, in short I paid lot of money for a personal tax correction and ended up paying more money to IRS and my return never got corrected. Due to this, I am running into more issues with financial aid and such. What a mess!

We have worked with Bland and Associates for a number of years now. They have provided us with quick, accurate and professional help in accounting, filing, payroll and financial support. We have found their staff to be very responsive to our needs while also helping us to identify ways we can be more efficient and save costs. Diana is not truthful. Their help desk NEVER attempted EVER to get ahold of me. the only time anyone even tried to help is once I wrote this complaint, then emailed Troy (manager) telling him I wrote the complaint and threatening BBB next, he finally responded. I told him EXACTLY AGAIN. He assigned someone competent and she emailed me the CORRECT quickbooks file.
I uploaded it and it was done. It just took someone to actually respond, competent in sending the correct information and it was finished immediately. I know how to upload and download from a website. I've had accountants use the same in the past. I just needed someone competent giving me the correct file and someone who would actually respond. I stand by my complaint.

This review in general is for Bland and Associates, but specifically for Jeff Cremers at Bland. I have worked with Jeff over the years on my tax and accounting needs for my business and personal life. He is a great accountant and the service he provides is second to none. I always recommend him to my friends, particularly those in business for themselves.
