Accounting has always been an intimidating subject for me. Add to that it's tax season and my preliminary tax form indicates I owe money and I'm in full on panic mode. I needed help. Serious, professional help. Enter Cornwell Jackson. I reached out by email for a consultation and within a day received a phone call to discuss my questions and concerns. Scott spent a good 30 minutes discussing my situation with me and offering me valuable insight and advice.
And after all that, he was honest enough to tell me it would cost me more to get professional help than to make a few changes on my own. I can't express in words how grateful I was for that kind of integrity and honesty. Other tax accountants I spoke to recently wouldn't even listen to me without trying to schedule an appointment that would cost me $200-250/hr.
I may not have needed professional help this time around but I know who I will turn to without hesitation when I do. Being an intern here has been a great experience so far. I am learning a lot and being challenged everyday when it comes to my work. Having access to staff, managers, and partners to answer questions is helpful. I see the dedication they have to their clients and it's nice to see everyone work so hard to provide the client with whatever they may need.

The partner group also does an incredible job of informing the team of important topics, even if it does not directly relate to the entire firm.
