Avail is a great accounting firm especially for small businesses. As someone who has an accounting degree I can appreciate them for their expertise and broad knowledge base. Used their services for years! And every year service gets worse! Will never use or recommend them to anyone ever again! Cant get straight answers for common questions. Important email from irs got lost in someones email for months! Impossible to get call backs from. Terrible customer service!
